Today was a great day again! Today we went to an experimental farm gut in Bonn, a museum about the modern history of Germany (post World War II), and a good old fashioned BBQ at the AIB in Bonn. Germany has such a rich history, it was great to hear the highlights and see all the exhibit. The word exhibit reminds me of a humerous story involving our host "son-in-law" Dirk. After Erin and I cooked a not so amazing Tex-mex dinner consisting of soft tacos (that's it) we sat around for hours discussing pop culture. As it turns out, our whole family knows English, its just Dirk is the only person who can speak English?!?!?! Also, Dirk loves MTV. Especially Pimp my Ride, featuring Xbit, and has a mildly absurd crush on Jessica Alba. Both of which I find humerous due to the fact he is an approximately 36 year old German. Weird.
