wow

Ok so I am waiting on the train to take me home. I don't know where to start. I did not know what to expect coming over here. It is almost beyond words but I am going to try. Europe is amazing. From its rich deep history that we can't even fathom to places affected by the war. Everywhere you look including peoples faces you can see war has been here. It has drastically altered every aspect of these peoples lives in a way no textbook or program could ever capture and express. I am amazed by the trains and culture traced to the 1200s. I was five feet away from what is broadly accepted as the remains of the three wise men. The gothic cathedral of Koln is breathtaking. The heights we saw on our exclusive tour made my legs buckle because I am afraid of heights. I really enjoyed Koln even though a large portion was redone because of the war. We had an amazing german meal at omas kuche. Grandmas kitchen... Sounded good to me, and it was. I think one of the many things from this trip is how to develop social skills and interact with people. Both those that you share the same interests with and those that share differences and the aspect of getting to know people is fascinating to me. It is amazing how much I have opened up in college and enjoy meeting people. And I think that this trip will further these skills. Train is here
