in prague...

We're currently in prague, sitting at a little restaurant and drinking some of the best pivo of my life... What could possibly be any better? As one of the oldest cities largely left untouched by WWII, the architecture is still ancient and amazing. For all the progress our modern society has made, the buildings and structures built around the 1400's are both awesome and built to last.

On thursday we went to cologne and toured both the city and the cathedral. As a city built in 50 A.D. its difficult to fathom that its almost 2000 years old... The fact that the old town is built on eight meters of roman, gothic and baroque ruins makes the city even cooler. To hear the stories associated with the city and cathedral makes Texas history pale in comparison.
