This week consisted mostly of getting used to the class schedule and getting into the swing of things. I learned how to use the street bahn, and got comfortable using the public transit to get around, which was super cool! We spent the week getting a tour of Bonn and a museum, as well as a lot of time finding good places to eat and shop. I also discovered a locals climbing gym, and on Saturday we went on a hike up to Löwenburg! I have realized how ingrained it is into the German culture to care about nature and the environment and spending time outdoors, which I think is so great! Next week we are going to Norderney which is our first big excursion, so that is very exciting!
