This week we learned about Hildegard, a great activist of her time, and went to her place of birth.Her life was really interesting and I really liked learning about her influence on others and medicine. We also went to a History of Medicine museum that amplified everything we have been learning, but with visuals and old machines from the1800s and 1900s used in hospitals.
Paris was beautiful!! I went when I was younger, but this was a different experience. We went to local markets, had a picnic on the Versailles grounds, and walked the beautiful streets of Paris after eating at some great cafes. I felt like a local, except for the necessary croissant and macaron.
