Settling in the first week has gone great! I am getting to know my host family better and understand public transportation in Germany. I have a pretty large room in the basement of my host house. They also have two dogs who are fun to be around. This week I got to explore Bonn with most of the other students. We spent a lot of time just walking across town and then we decided to hit up the botanical gardens. We went out to a biergarten one night which was a lot of fun. I am excited for what is to come on this program.
