There is no where else in the world where every single place you go to for food makes one of the most amazing meals you've ever had. This is how I best describe how meals have been in Germany. In fact, one of my favorite past times with my friends on this trip so far have been wandering around Bonn searching for the next place to eat.
To counter all the calories I've been consuming during this trip, many of us on the trip have stayed quite active, running and hiking around Bornheim or the nearby country side. This has almost become a daily routine, and I hope to keep the tradition for the duration of the trip.
Classes are long but still very interesting. The two main courses, pharmacology and history of medicine are quite different as well. Pharmacology has us apply our knowledge and analytical skills for discussions amongst each other. On the other hand, history of medicine is lecture/ information based and has us consume large sums of information in a traditional lecture setting.
