Week 2 & Dublin

Week 1 went by quick, but week 2 went by even quicker. Monday and Tuesday were fairly normal, just classes to fill the day. Wednesday's trip to Cologne went by in a flash but we had a great time. My group went to the zoo and we got to be like little kids again, walking around just looking at animals all day (with some education built in, too, of course). It was hot, they tried to advertise raccoons as tamed animals (we laughed), but overall it was fun. Thursday and Friday were also normal, but Friday evening we got to pack and head to Dublin, Ireland. It. Was. Amazing. We spent the first night in the city, then the second day we got adventurous. We checked out all of the amazing, tourist-y places in addition to the Guiness and Jameson tours. Sunday, myself and Catherine went to a comedy club which was super spontaneous but inevitably super fun. I've found that by the end of week two, the more spontaneous the trip, the better the time I usually end up having. Very content with how the first two weeks have gone! 4 more to go!
