Berlin

Berlin! We've made it! Finally got to the big city! The new years party at the Brandenburg gate was great!! I dont think I have ever celebrated anything with that many people before, and the firework show at midnight was just so amazing! The tour the next day was probably the most entertaining tour guide we had on the trip. What made him that much better was that he made jokes about everything we talked about. That night we all called it in early because we were exhausted from the new years party. We went to one of the cooler museums in Berlin, it talked about the recent history, hearing all the stories about the fall of the Berlin wall was really interesting. Later we went to the SS headquarters and learned about all the evil acts that they committed. Berlin was a very interesting city but it just seemed like all night life was dead. My only guess as to why is because new years was just a few night before. Berlin was a great city, but I now know that I am not a big city person.
