Pre-flight entry

So, my plane leaves in a few hours and I don't really know what to expect beyond being bored out of mine mind on the way over there. Once I get to Duesseldorf I am surethat it will be a different story entirely. I am a little nervous about the fact that my host family does not speak English, especially since I dont speak any German. I've spent the first first half of my day watching soccer for the past few weeks, just hoping Germany would still be in the World Cup when i got there, and the team has come through. All in all, I am very excited about getting there, but i know I will my puppy a ton, expecially as he sits next to me watching me write this entry. Now I must go finish packing.
